Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

I purchased and hooked up the Jamma Signal Regenerator between the switcher and the Arcadeshop board and... problem solved! :D Though I wasn't anticipating having to purchase an additional board to get this working, I think it was worth it since the 2-Way Jamma Switcher only powers one board...

Wow, that's really cool! What a great explanation!

Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

I'm convinced that there is something different about the Arcadeshop board that is causing an incompatibility issue, especially since I can replicate the same odd behavior of some button presses and joystick movements registering only when another button is held down mentioned in the other post...

Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

OK, you convinced me! Upping my power supply to 5.11V resulted in 5V at the board with 4.36V open button states and 0V closed button states, yet the board still doesn't respond.

Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

Hi Jim! My thought was that if I temporarily brought down the voltage to test if the Arcadeshop board functions fine outside the switcher with open button readings of 4.27V or lower, then bringing the voltage up higher than 5V output on my power supply would not solve the problem. Just seemed...

Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

Thank you for your insight, but I'm still waiting for that success story before getting back to this! :) The Arcadeshop PCB was working fine when my power supply was only outputting 4.66V before I started tinkering with this. I've since upped it to 5V and get 4.89V at the 5V connection of the...

Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

Indeed he was. I also used his advice to troubleshoot. However, he didn't confirm the successful use of these two components together from personal experience. I'm just looking to rule out incompatibility before continuing on.

Any Arcadeshop PCB and RiddledTV switcher successes out there?

I'm having the same issues mentioned in the Riddledtv switcher and old arcadeshop board and Jrok don't work post, where my old Arcadeshop PCB (not the ArcadeSD) is for the most part unresponsive when connected to my RiddledTV 2-Way Jamma Switcher. I have tried the same troubleshooting steps...

How do I adjust the voltage on a Frogger power supply?

I was able to bring my voltage up to 5V by turning R5 to the left. Thanks again!

How do I adjust the voltage on a Frogger power supply?

Perfect! Thank you! I only have wires for 5V, 12V and ground coming off the power supply, so no worries about not being able to adjust the negative voltages.

How do I adjust the voltage on a Frogger power supply?

I'd like to bring the power coming my Frogger 800-0128 power supply closer to 5V (it's only at 4.66V), but don't want to mess with anything that I don't have to. I've tried to decipher the schematics, but it's still not clear to me whether to fiddle with pot R5 or pot R23. Does anyone know what...

For those you that have black light carpet, did you get it with padding on the bottom?

I had ordered 30 tiles from warehousecarpets.net at ~$40 a pop March 2020. Unfortunately, due to their size they had to be shipped on a pallet via truck which cost an additional $166. So this might not be the cheapest route (it cost me around $1350 total), but at least I was able to install by...

For those you that have black light carpet, did you get it with padding on the bottom?

I used Joy Carpets Big Bang carpet tiles. They are 1 meter x 1 meter, are fairly rigid, and have a slightly tacky backing. They don't really have padding. I put them down over old linoleum and they have stayed in place without problem, but I do use the concave disc Magic Sliders under my...

    Megatouch ISO image sharing

I'd be interested in that link to the Crown ISOs! I'm not sure it's worth upgrading from Ruby 2, but just in case I get my hands on a key some day it would be nice to have :)
