I have a BZ upright, periscope version, no holes, serial number 3858. Oddly enough, someone added a 1/4 inch jack to the cabinet at some point.

The game PCB might have ROMs for another region in it (e.g., Japan) - that could explain the KPH vs MPH issue. I'm not sure if they're labeled by region, but it's worth looking at the board to see what's on there. No idea about the purple car though.

Here are a few pics from earlier in the year. Missing are an Asteroids Deluxe cocktail and Tekken 5 dedicated cab. The Ms. Pac-Man and Star Wars upright were down at the time the photos were taken, but are back up and running now.
