Getting blank black screen on both arcade monitor and VGA. Trying to hunt down a card now, unfortunately I've only got 2 computers... my old computer doesn't have one and my other is a laptop. Gonna be awhile...thanks for everyone's help tho

Back in the cab, fan is on, LED is on, jamma harness hooked up, no video to either arcade or traditional computer monitor. No longer need to short power leads tho, starts up at plugging in of power cord.

Made some progress, or caused more damage? Tried connecting the ATX directly into the hard drive rather than from the board, now harddrive, fan, LED, are only turning on when I'm shorting the PWR on the top board, hard drive spins, but only for about 6-7 seconds whether I let go or hold my screw...

So much good info, thanks guys gonna go set everything up again in the cab.

Took it apart, my rookie eyes didn't notice any caps being bad. Thanks 72demon, gonna go check both those links right now

New CMOS battery, tried 2 different power supplies, lcd or arcade monitor.... Nothing on either... Blank screen. Also no luck powering down or reseting buy bridging power terminals on the board. :( its Friday night, and I've got nothing but more frustration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Plugged into computer monitor, just getting a blank screen still; shorting the power leads doesn't seem to shut down the system tho, any other thoughts. Congrats br549... I'm jealous!
