Hey there....long time no habla.
So my monitor was working fine until last week when I turned it on to play my machine. The monitor had a yellow tint to it, similar to a problem that I had ecountered last year that was a result of a loose connection from the converter board to the jamma...
just a question for anyone who's a bit more computer savvy than me.
does anyone know which processes I can turn off when windows boots up? Or know where I can find a list of processes that I can turn off that won't effect windows?
obviously i'm trying to limit what starts up on my mame...
I don't think that's a dynamo. but the CP totally looks like it.
at least my dynamo doesn't look like that.
how big is that monitor?
funny thing is, my cabinet was an MK too when I got it.
well, programming front ends is pretty easy.

I see no reason to hate on mame. I live in a house with 2 roomies and let me tell ya, the mame cab I just finished gets a shitload of play and a shitload of enjoyment.
a lot more than it did...
actually, classic cars are RARELY destroyed in movies. Usually, replica cars are made. Ever see ferris behuler? you think they trashed a '69 daytona? I dont think so
if this is his logic, then those should've been replica machines. wtf?
even thought I totally agree with everyone that this whole video is a big waste of time, and not to mention, in very poor taste (no matter how many machines he's donated, that number shouldn't ever be 'capped') I can't help but laugh. Maybe it's just seeing shit thrown of a roof. I guess that...
well after a bit of playing just now I came up with a solution.
The shelf that the transformer is on (next to it used to be the mortal kombat board that came with the cabinet, but I took that out for storage) is on an angle, so my idea is to unscrew the shelf from the cabinet, and re mount it...
wow Windows! if only the general public was smart enough to program you
wow so I just finished my first mame pc
got an old computer from a friend, had to create an account after booting it in safemode (ha)
but once i got that done walllaahhhh
