The flyby arrived and I swapped it out, it come on quickly and looks all in propotion etc but its very very dark, I have turned the brightness up to max and attached a picture. Any ideas, I feel like it might be something obvious or I've adjusted something during the flyby swap. Any ideas?

I just checked the power supply that came with my Naomi system and it has a sticker on it:-Input 100-120vac 3A 50/60hz. Output 3.3v DC Its not like the one pictured in the link :( I also have a large transformer with it aswell, maybe the stepdown transformer will be the way? Thanks Paul
