Thanks Joe. Yes I tested this prior to sending a while back. You will have to remove the Excite Bike roms to get it working as stated. Also the positioning in the sockets can be a bit tricky and sometimes takes a few attempts to get it lined up correctly, so please be patient if it doesn't...

Before you start buying new chips or boards, I would verify if they are both dead. It is possible that it might have only killed one if you are lucky. Either try them on a working board if someone lives close by or send them to someone who can test them for you

agree with above. likely you killed the the cpu ppu if installed backwards
