  1. G07 Monitor Problem

I remember the reversed + on C302... I've done a few monitor re-caps and have never seen the neck just go dead like that.... I was using my Weller solder station and flux, so the solder joints wouldn't be cold.
  2. G07 Monitor Problem

I just put a new flyback and cap kit into a G07 chassis. Now I've got no power going to the neck (no glow). All I have on the CRT is a 1" diameter Red/Green/yellow spot. Do I have a bad component on the PCB? Maybe the big blue power resistor? Anyone ever see this happen?
  3. Operation Wolf: The B.S. Continues......

Can you tell me which wire it was? My Operation Wolf is doing the EXACT same thing that yours was doing.... I haven't had the mis-pleasure of buying a NOS gun for it or rebuilding the aux. power supply. I pulled the opto PCB out of the gun thinking that it is the culprit. Any info would be...

The idea of ice-cold Heineken machine-vended drove me through the rebuild of a very nasty vending motor/chain incident that would rival your soldering iron under the nail torture.... NEVER.. repeat.... NEVER rest your hand near a moving reset chain attached to a vend motor with serious...
  5. Virtually Unknown Arcade Machines

Now now... Currently sitting right behind me are two antique Coke machines that I rebuilt (one of them is cooling my Heineken as I speak), a pool-hall .50 cent table that I re-did the coin mech and the tracks, a Grayhound crane machine, the 5-Line Skill-O-Thing (I like the attention getting...
  6. Virtually Unknown Arcade Machines

Anyone have an address or telephone for them? I got the thing working (unbelievably enough) but i can't get the darned 7-seg displays for the timer to come on... They show in the self-test, though. Has to be a set-up option.
  7. Virtually Unknown Arcade Machines

I have just purchased two machines that I cannot find any info on. The first is a Skill-O-Bingo redemption machine (tokens) called Five-Line made by Digital Controls, Inc. The only info about them is that they made a table-top poker machine. The second (and more interesting) is a game called...
