Look for a short somewhere. I had a similar issue with a Haunted House where the shots reels would suddenly spin going from 1 or two to twenty/end of game turned out one wire had insulation rubbed off from a target carriage movement in a tiny spot and was shorting.

I would say $600 to $1000 as long as it is a real Skeeball with the old school wooden balls and not an Ice Ball knockoff with the crappy plastic balls.

On my Williams Upper Deck the "Man Run Unit" load coil is listed as an A 24 850 I would bet it's the same for your machine

Sounds like a problem with the knocker if its going off when you get the free game check the coil and the transistor associated with it on the driver board.

Death Race and Atari Basketball hope to add a Boot Hill at some point.

It's driving me crazy I have jumpered from the connection at the shot disc to the down position switch bypassing the ribbon cable with no change.

I attached the schematic section I have a good connection from the B-W on the down position sw to the shot unit disc and I know the coil is good as it works when the target drops I even tried a jumper from the B-BLU on the left side still nothing. What am I missing guys?

Nice! I'm dealing with a right cat target that won't raise back up and its got me pulling my hair out.

So what ended up being the problem?

Waiting on schematics I have everything working except one of the cat targets wont rise if I manually trigger the coil it will rise and it drops when shot just doesn't come back up can someone with schematics tell me what triggers the coil to raise it?

Sending me a Midway Haunted House ribbon cable for the which/cat assembly free of charge it's nice to know there are still some great guys in this crazy hobby!
