Oh, and now that I look at my own photos again ... I think it’s just the close-up and wide angle of the camera that makes them look really tall. They’re just standard buttons ... maybe even original ... didn’t really think about it.

No problems with the buttons during play. Perfectly smashable during frantic survival maneuvers. :-)

1980 Williams Defender $700. Very nice shape and works perfect. Photos added below. Since my purchase in November I installed correct t-molding and CPO, replaced joystick linkage with repro, and gave it a thorough detailing. Plays great, but I’m out of space. Game located in Asbury Park...

Yes, they takes quarters and are set to 25 cents per bet. You can change it in the settings. The bill validators work too.
