Replacing the 4016 at D8 and D9 brought back channels 4 and 5. Thanks to cdjump for the guidance. 9pWxtL_Pz9o

Replacing the 7407 at C6 brought back channel 2. Still working on getting channels 4 and 5 back.

I found this on another thread, this is helpful. So I'm missing channels on both "sides". I'm looking at the schematics to try and figure out what's common to those channels. Also not sure of the clicking/popping on some sounds is a separate issue, or related.

I'm working on a Tapper... the current problems are with the sound. 1 - Channels 2, 4 and 5 are missing when running the channel test. 2 - Several of the sounds are missing and/or cause clicking/popping. Questions: Which channels correspond to which AY-3-8910? Which sounds correspond to...

Absolutely! And the thing about vector games is they still look cool today. The aesthetic aged very well.

The brightness looks like it's a bit high. I would turn the brightness down until the screen background is black, then adjust the color using the pots on the Vidiot board.
