I don't think there's criticism of the work and I can't really see szabos art clearly but the second link uses the same graphics that are available freely on line and unfortunately the scan isn't very good. There are errors in the II and missing cloud details due to heavy contrast when scanned...

Using heat for applying car vinyl isn't to dry it out at all, the heat is to re-cast the vinyls shape. Even a dry apply on a car you should still heat it once in place to get he vinyl to not shrink. Regardless what you are applying vinyl to, soap is not the answer.

Soap may be the issue, i know people like to use hand soap/dish soap but i have no idea why. Certainly not anyones fault as it's always been the way forums tell people to do it but think about it for a second.
