restarted this morning, things are not garbled anymore, it is back to close the way it was before. here are the pics

ok, after messing around with h-hold a v-hold, got the hump to move to the left side of the screen. after spraying electronic contact cleaner on the h-hold, v-hold and other adjustment nobs it totally garbled the screen. any help ?

newbie here but have a quick monitor question... the monitor views fine on each side, but in the middle there is a big hump that distorts everything upwards. do i need a cap kit ? or what could be the other issues ?
