Was this question ever answered? I have the same monitor PCB and its working with my NeoGeo MVS which is CGA 15khz. I think (key word is think) you can switch between CGA and EGA by moving the yolk socket(is that what its called?), but I do not have any EGA compatible PCB to test. Someone...
