Ok I have an update.
I went to Mikes arcade and got the 60 in 1 Jamma kit vice doing a board repair.
Now I am having a weird one, the new board is installed. I chased a left joystick issue for a good while. All my switched and wires are good to the main board connector. My issue is the...
thanks guys, I did reset all the connectors, no luck at first but I was able to get her responding to the coin and player buttons . The screen is not clear and choppy/garbled so the work continues, I think it is the:

Yes thanks for helping me say it correctly......I was wondering how to covey it. I bypassed the coin a long time ago and put in a push button. When the kids were little this was easier than having them fumble around trying to find the lever for coin drop.
I remember checking all my ground...
Been along time since I worked on my game, she ran great for many years. I now find myself starting allover again as I have forgot pretty much everything I learned. The unit comes up but wont do anything when I add credits or move the switch over for free play. It just runs thru the cycle...
I get what you are saying, really I do. I know I look bad but I never set out to mislead the guy. I traded emails with him until he filed a complaint. Then I came on here to see if I was wrong. If so I got no problem making it right. I was fine until he started bashing me. Here I am trying...
Thanks, I told PP that I thought it was unfair for him to keep and get a refund. He never gave me the option to refund IF he sent it back. I agree if he sends it back he should get his money back but I am not going to pay return shipping. Now PP sees it that way and to me that is fair.
Man I have tried and tried to make it right, hence this thread and me responding to "complaints". He filed a claim to PP and now if he sends it back I will give him refund. Said that to the PP folks in the beginning and now he is doing it. If I had the parts to give to him I would but I sold...
So look at the date I started this thread. It is right after the buyer got upset. Why did I do this? To see if I was at fault. The thread then died and I posted to get it going, once again to see if I was at fault. What you guys and the buyer dont seem to realize is that I have been trying...
So post a copy of the email you sent clarifying what you meant by door only. You never did, if you feel screwed over then you should have offered to send it back which you did not, you want to keep it.
You wont win any points with me by calling me an incompetent, you were not specific after...
he filed a claim with PP, he asked for a 25 dollar refund and to KEEP the door I provided emails to PP in my defense. PP gave me only a 3 options, he wanted to keep it and get a partial refund. I was only able to check one of the boxes for a resolution, the only one that had him shipping it...
