Cinemat System Sync Issue Were you ever able to figure this one out? I currently have two of these PCB's(world series the season) with the same issue(will not sync). Both boards play fine otherwise...coin up and you can play using controls.

I have only done minor board repairs. I do not have an oscilloscope but I do have this PCB out on a test bench and have a Multimeter and logic probe. Can I just check the -H and -V sync pins for voltage or pulses?

I have a Cinematronics World Series PCB in need of repair. Game is playing but video is scrambled. Have tried on multiple monitors with same results so I am pretty sure problem is on the board somewhere.
