I don't know a lot about arcade machines, but I've played my fair share of them. Growing up, my parents had a few arcade machines in my dad's office including an original Frogger machine, a Firepower II pinball machine, and several others. I currently own an original Arkanoid cocktail table machine that has some issues, and I'm actively trying to find a US-based TESTO Reaction Meter for sale. My mom in particular has very fond memories of playing the TESTO machine when she was a kid, and I've been trying hard to find one for her. I plan on making a full post about this once my account gets verified.

I've gotten in contact with a local pinball repair shop that has offered to take a look at my Arkanoid table, but seeing how expensive machines and parts can be, I haven't really pursued following back up with them. The previous issues were that the buttons on the Player 2 side of the table stopped working. But as of October 2025, there was a message that said, "Work Ram Error," the last time I plugged it in. There are some other things I would like to clean up on her as well, like the current screen has a lot of screen burn and the knob/wheel on the Player 1 side is missing the purple metallic disc insert. This machine previously belonged to my parents, and as such, they had it modded with a little red button on the coin door that automatically gives you one credit; I think it'd be cool to have it be coin-operated again.
