The 5v line was about 4.4 and the 12v was at 11.8. I was able to adjust the pots to get to 4.8v and 12v. The 5V pot helped me get it up to 4.9, but then it went down and i have it turned all the way up and 4.8 is about as good as I can get. I'm thinking either the 5V cap up by J4 & J5 or the pot...

When I power up my Tron, it has a frozen screen for about 17-23 minutes, then the standard attract mode begins and all is good. I have attached a short video of the frozen screen that includes the transition to normal. Any ideas on this type of issue? Thanks Rodney
