did you try a continuity test from board to board to make sure it just not a bad wire or connector

not much but if its a flat line beeeeeee low the board is needs help . if the board is bad no picture so is the monitor good hard to tell with a bad board , so if flat lines just on x follow it back it u get a pulse. work for me . if it helps great if not just more fun
