The fusible resistor and the diode in line with it seem to check out. I found that the input (pin4) and output (pin2) on the Verticle IC is showing about 100 ohms like they're shorted. A resistor tied to the input line, R304, is showing 47K Ohms when it should be 100 Ohms (Brown Black Brown)...
