I got a Double Dragon overlay from them, and I'm happy with it. It wasn't a lousy inkjet reproduction. The overlay arrived perfectly flat and well packed. I would recommend them. The only downside is that you have to cut the joystick and button holes yourself. Its easy, but it takes while.

A lot of these poker and black jack type machines use a separate transformer to send 12v to the button lights. Its similar your typical monitor isolation transformer. You may have something funky going on there. Then again, you may have a board that controls the lights. If thats the case...
