  1. Space Invaders sound issue

Hijacking your thread as I have a different sound problem... I have a Midway Space Invaders with the latest Phil M test rom that has put up a real fight... At power up, a sound starts (much like the ufo but other sounds too) and this sound continues until any one of the E5 sounds is triggered...
  2. Solar Fox thread

I have a Solar Fox cocktail cabinet that was missing its boards. It's got a good glass underlay, but the CPOs are virtually gone. Just saw an ad for a working board set for $350 so I am considering resurrecting it.... Is it worth it? I've actually never played it. Anyone have the...

Thanks - I'll definitely keep him in mind for future moves but for a $50 cabinet I can't afford a professional move.
  4. Long Island to NH??

Looking to get a Space Invaders cabinet from Long Island to New Hampshire. Anyone have some spare room? The cabinet is not worth much, so hoping the shipping doesn't cost a fortune. Thanks, Jeff

A fellow member figured it out. It was the 157 at F7 itself. All of the outputs were bad. They looked like this on his scope. Thanks Mike!

  14. Need help with Q11 transistor identification in a WG 19V1001

Anyone ever nail this down? As Ken said, the NTE194 lists itself as a replacement for 86x0120-001 @GA61XX says it is a 2N5961 which the same as MPSA06 (which is also used at Q204 and Q212). If that is the case, why didn’t they just use a MPSA06?? What is it?
