Here is a screenshot of my monitor. Down the left half of the screen, just off center, the colors are a lighter shade. Where should I start troubleshooting this, or does someone know what would cause this?

This is for an upright and not a cocktail, correct?

Bought off of CL, monitor was dead but sound worked. Did some troubleshooting, decided to replace monitor caps (most were bulging) and replaced the flyback. Turned it on and it works for about 20 seconds, then goes to wavy lines. B+ measures 108.8v. Should I replace C606? Any feedback...
