Reseating the ROMS seems to have resolved the issue - hopefully it stays!

Yes I haven't done any adjustments to the monitor yet, this was just the inital test, so definitely still work to be done. What concerned me was the zig zag line and the colors to the one side of it

I figured the R/BK and BN lines were correct to connect the the +5 and G lugs on the switching PS but I just wanted to make sure. I don't think the Sense lines are required so it should be ok with out them i'm guessing.

Yes we will need a whole monitor tube and all - bonus if it is on a frame that will fit a 720

I think it is safe to say any 25" Medium res monitor would do... I'm actually doing the restore on this 720!

Most of these CP's have been converted with the exception of Galaga... Top Row: Galaga, Pacman converted to ?, Frogger converted to Qbert Bottom Row - Both were Nintendo Donkey kongs converted to something else I can take more pics if there is something someone out there would like to see...
