Thanks for this additional advice. This board did see water at some point - bottom bracket has rust. We did pull all of the chips that could be pulled and brushed the pins and connectors. Also brushed the pins on chips that are permanently socketed. Took about an hour or so. No change...

Thanks, jawilbu. I did see that reference (it was mentioned in a prior KLOV thread, which I saw prior to posting my post/images). The duplicate columns are not part of the images as you identified, but I agree that site is a good resource.
