I have a Galaga bootleg CPU I'm working on. There is a wire on the board soldered to the leg of an IC. Can someone tell me where the other end goes. To the Daughterboard?? Or??

I took this Orion monitor out of Stargate awhile back and am getting ready to install it in a Defender. It only has a pin for composite sync. It does have a switch on the pcb that will allow it to accept either negative or positive sync signals. This is an later series defender board so i know...
