    96 in 1 Multi-Pac troubleshooting

Can't seem to get in touch with Mike. But I notice that there is an ST M48Z12-200PC1 chip that looks like it may be the culprit. It's a 16k lithium battery backed SRAM. Looks like this would be the replacement part... Given the age of how long I've had it, looks like the battery may have...

Where to find Black Adhesive Vinyl

My carpentry skills suck... and although I have a router, I've never used it. I redid a Tempest Cabaret's woodgrain years back with a thick vinyl sheet. It was a breeze. No idea where I got the stuff though, and I just want a black matte for this project. Reply from TOG: Hey Dave...

Where to find Black Adhesive Vinyl

Basically looking to do the same thing as this person was... https://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=89834 I contacted ThisOldGame and he said the manufacturer he used had recently quit making what he used and he'd not found a good replacement yet. Anyone have any ideas where to look?

    96 in 1 Multi-Pac troubleshooting

Any idea how to get in touch with Mike? I mean, the kit has worked brilliantly since I got it years and years ago. I'd just like to get it working again!

    96 in 1 Multi-Pac troubleshooting

I have a Rev 2.54 96-1 Multipac. Lately it's been reverting back to it's initial state (losing all of my game settings and scores). Any ideas on what could be causing this? Would it be something in the kit going bad or the actual gameboard? Any pointers on where I should start looking?

    Turbo Upright Questions

Just picked up a Turbo upright that I knew needed repair. First order of business is a cap kit - but not sure which monitor it has in it. There's a paper on the side of the cabinet that says Nanao 20" but no model number. I took some pics and have them posted here (and attached a pic of what...

    Galaga Power Supply Repair

Odd thing about this board... Take a look at C101, C102, C103. They look original - or if anyone ever replaced them it was well done.

    Galaga Power Supply Repair

Checked the site - but don't see my board listed. It's an A082-90420-B000. Will one of your kits work for that one? I saw the one for the 90400 that had 6 caps... My board has 3. Gonna need the header pins and connectors too... LOL!

    Galaga Power Supply Repair

Just picked up a Galaga (S/N 516). Suprisingly the harness appears to be intact. I want to rebuild the original PS rather than wire in a switcher. I know Bob Roberts sells a kit - but it seems he's been backlogged for a while. Does anyone have a Newark/Mouser/Digikey parts list of what I'd...

WTB: Tempest Cabaret & Clay's Multigame

I'm looking for a Tempest Cabaret and/or Clay Cowgill's multigame for it (with Vector Breakout). I'm in Leonardtown, MD. I'm more interested in the condition of the cabinet than the electronics. I'm decent at repairing the electronics but not so handy with the power tools... So I'd consider a...

MD CL posting - Galaxian (not mine)

I didn't think it was an especially good deal at $400, but the fact they listed it as "Antique" cracked me up... They also mentioned "console video game". I don't know of any "console" games I'd pay that much for, LOL. http://baltimore.craigslist.org/vgm/1883956637.html

Midatlantic "CRABTOWNE II" - planning phase

I know the routine... unfortunately. Drink lots of water, alka-seltzer, straight shots of lemon juice, and magnesium supplements. If it lands in a spot where it isn't bothering me, I'll be there. How late before most people call it a day? Hope their air conditioning is working good...
