Ahh, I can see the screenshot but sadly that is not the game I'm thinking of. The game I'm thinking of had smaller characters, more detailed and smooth graphics. It was quite polished. But thanks anyway.

Who's your hero...Lomotil? Actually Lomotil, you could be closer than you think as that name 'J.J and Jeff' does sound farmiliar. I think you could have two players and I do seem to remember then jumping quite high. I used to play it around 92/93.
