Help I believe the answer to your problem is a new power supply. I might be wrong, but I know Ive seen this problem before and I believe the solution was a new power supply.

Suggestions Until you can figure out what/where the problem is (Monitor, PCB, control panel, so on and so on) there really is no advice, besides the obvious. #Money
