Thanks for your help. Did a quick check on the ROMS and one was not quite seated all the way. Pressed it back into place and the game works great now. Thanks again for the help.

Don't mean to hijack the thread. I also have a monitor(donkey kong jr) with wavy lines all accross the screen. I haveI installed a cap kit, and shorted the POTS with a 10 Ohm resistor and still no change. Any ideas?
