Well... I got the board to work but not the tube. Ended up trading SF off for a real pinball. New owner got the monitor fixed and the game is a player. Pix attached of Super Flipper at the 2016 NW Show. Happy ending!

Picked up one pin near Atlantic City and another just outside Boston. 7428 mile round-trip to fetch a $75 game. Scenic diversions included Teton Park, Devil's Tower, Silverball Museum in NJ, and Seattle Pin Museum on the way home.

Different rom level, perhaps. You might try the latest revision from PBR and see if anything changes. My Sys3 pin did funny stuff occasionally - that went away when v1.0 roms were replaced with v5.0.

On Sys3 the sensor switch is electronic. Put game in switch test. Push and hold flipper buttons. Do you have SW82? SW81 left and SW82 right flipper "switches" are part of A15 Sensor Board screwed under playfield. If #82 was missing in switch test, check the connector to this board for loose...

This one - Fuse Holder -Panel Mount AGC Fuses FHPM - should work and yes, you will need to replace the whole thing. EL78 is the Gottlieb number if you want to try one from PBR - might still need to replace the whole thing anyway.

The 100 point, 1000 point, and 10,000 point relays are used for all 4 players. These are three of the 5 relays across the top of the backbox insert. A dirty or broken switch on one relay can prevent all player scores from advancing. I would suspect a score reel switch for a problem affecting a...

Your issue most likely lives in the backbox. My guess would be a cruddy switch on the 1000 or perhaps 10,000 point relay.

Donated a few minutes to flag them yesterday and they're all gone today. Woulda liked grabbing that little Deere for $2k - they go for a helluva lot more around here.
