Hmmm. I would think that if it were the power chassis, that fuse would blow when any of the boards were plugged into it and started drawing current. That thing is built like a tank... Guess it couldn't hurt checking the diodes though... Have you tried disconnecting power to all of the boards...

Hi All, My troubleshooting has lead me to the Cheap Squeak Board. Plugging the power connector into the board drops the system 5V supply to 4.2V. Removing chips U7(Eprom) and U9(PIA) restores the system voltage to 5.2V. So... I am assuming these chips are bad. Anyone know where I can get...
