Hello Everyone, I will name my next child after the person who can help me with a persistent issue that I have with a Tron upright that I acquired. She lights up fine on power up (blacklight and 3 florescents and coin slot lights) and I can even hear the speakers crackle like they are attempting the initial sounds. The screen though is a rolling field of gray 
I thought it was a bad PCB so acquired a working PCB but with the same results. All fuses look good and double checked my connections, all cables making good connections.
Bad power supply? Bad power supply board? Bad transformer? Where should I begin my testing do you think?
