We replaced the old plug with a grounded 3 prong one that I had but still no change. How do I remove the battery? I have a neighbor who said I could use his multimeter. Yes, we heard the monitor.

Thanks for all of the help. You're making me think I need to hire someone. I'll take some photos. Two of the coin doors weren't wired when I bought it. I bought two lamp holders (they were missing) and put them in to light up all the coin slots. It worked, but I don't know if this caused that...
No, I don't have a multimeter. A friend of mine looked at it, and he said some grounds weren't connected. He also said he saw sparks coming out of the power supply when he moved it. We were messing with wires, and the monitor and sound turned on for about a minute then off again. I don't know...

I was able to find all the latches and get the wheels out. Getting them all relatched was hard because you can't see what you're doing. I've tried over and over but can't get one of the red side's buckles relatched. Now, it moves back forth if you wiggle the wheel. Is there a better way to do...
