    Well my Q352 was bad, so I put in a tested and working one, changed the fuse. Plugged back in and the fuse and Q352 blew.

    When I hooked up with a new fuse it must have blown but not really hard as I watched it when I turned it on and it's not toasted visually but definitely measuring bad.

    Fuse was bad. Replaced it same thing. Playing blind. No "snap" sound when I discharge. Also no neck glow.
