I don't believe there ever was a dedicated cabinet, not in Japan anyway. I have the PCB and the manual makes no mention of a cabinet. I suspect it was used it generic Konami cabinets, though the control panel wiring is slightly different from other Konami games of that era.

Ok, I found it and indeed it is the same part. I have two of them but I do need them for the SDI I have as I want to sell it, although I can't test them as I don't have the pinout.

Unfortunately the Sega Arcade History book doesn't show either the cabinet or its flyer, and I can't find any pictures on Japanese sites. It's a very rare game in Japan. The game itself is the same as the Atari version, there's just a slight difference on the PCB.
