I noticed that the +90v is too high. It's around 103v when I power on and slowly raises to about 110v . What could be the cause of this?

The appeal of these games was not mastering a challenge, but being in awe of a game that had better graphics and sound than what we had available at home. They hold nostalgia to the right people, but they don't hold much interest from anyone else. The 80's games had better gameplay on average...
