Working on a Burgertime that has problem with the image. The best way to describe it is it is like there is a darker contrast bar that is "rolling" across the screen - like the black level is rolling. The monitor works fine with another video source (WG4900 series). Almost like there is...

Just to update - the distortion was due to R607 changed in value - was measuring out at a few k ohms vs the 390ohms it was suppose to be. I also changed R707 as well as it had drifted a bit.

Deflection board: P314 - swapped with same. I should note that this board had some wavyness midscreen (roughly 2 lines of text) - however the text distortion is nonexistant. Both boards do this (wavyness). HV board: P316 Transistors are: 2N3792 (x3) and 2N3716 (x3)
