Well, did some more cleaning up. Swapped led buttons, some matching sticks, etc. Some fresh decals from Vertex Decals on eBay.
Not a bad little setup. Still going to put a power supply in there so that I can power the LED buttons and probably an Arpicade. If the kids get bored of the 20 games.
It's regular Jamma, but missing the 12v and -5v. The menu button is wired to the tilt button.
Luckily with the arpicade, I have a wireless keyboard for all the buttons not hooked up. Won't take much to put in buttons for whatever I want if I want to keep the arpicade in there.

Anyone have a flow chart for troubleshooting these? Looks like a few caps were replaced at some point and the chassis wasn't screwed down. Looks clean, can hear it turn on, but doesn't kick on and no neck glow from what i can see.

I've been put of it for a bit. I'll have to check that out. I know I'd probably have to replace the jamma harness and upgrade the power supply because it doesn't have -5v.
It is! Once i resolved the player 2 controls not working, it was easy to turn the volume up!
