What if you get nothing on the clock crystal with using the probe, then replace the crystal, and still get nothing?

These roll pins turned out to be quite easy to get out. I just punched them out from the top, taking care not to let them pinch the trigger wiring underneath. Thanks!

Thanks for the help. Yes, there is some kind of pin there. I'm not yet sure how it comes out, but I'll put some WD40 on there and either prise it or drill it out.

The screws are out. Do I just pull off the plastic end pieces? They're really stuck on there.
