I've been slowly restoring my Ms Pac and now that's it painted, t-molding in, CP back on, and the list goes on... the problem is I can't seem to find my darn monitor shroud. I need to buy a new one, I've looked for 2 weeks now without luck. (I'm also missing the coin mechs and harness there but...
Hello,
Over the past decade or so I've sold almost all my arcades and now I need to test my remaining two JAMMA boards but now realize I have no way to do so. I have a functional MsPac but that's not going to help. When i was more active in the community I knew people and places but it's been so...
I have a Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Blue US (blue) board and a SF 2 Hyper Fighter board I'm thinking of selling. I've held onto these for over a decade and it seems like some collector might enjoy them more than me. I use to own 10 arcades and now I'm down to this and a Ms Pac. Just seems a...
I sold all my cabinets (excluding a Ms Pac Man which is next) and I forgot to test a few that I had varied versions of. Here I have a Street Fighter II but I can't remember which version. Can anyone ID this by these pics?
Thanks,
I wish I knew, I don't own the other. They look incredibly similar (if not exactly the same) from the pics I've seen but w/out someone verifying I can't confirm.
I recently restored a Mat Mania to working condition but the sound board isn't working. I can faintly hear the 1, 2, 3, and start sounds but that's it (static besides that). I suppose I could replace some capacitors on the PCB and hope for the best... or I can buy one from you.
If anyone has...
Your game will have micro switches like the one linked below. Simply remove the quick disconnect from the lead marked N.O. (normally open) of the jump and place it on the N.O. of the attack. Then do it again going from attack to jump.
There's no need to change the common (ground) wire since...
How long have you had it? Was it always like this and you just noticed? Unless it's something awkward besides a wiring issue...
Just disconnect the normally open (not the ground) wire from the jump and place it on attack and vice versa.
For future reference if anyone has this sort of problem. I noticed a small voltage drop on the fuse holders. I ended up replacing the 4 and 2 fuse holder and put in a new power chord (connected w/QDs now). From there I did my usual checking, cleaning, and tinkering and it now works perfectly...
Well I must be on a roll this week. I got my Ms Pac to go from no life to perfection (that was a very happy day) and now I got my Vs. Super Mario Bros sound going again :-)
I did a little tinkering and soldering and what last week was a reseting Vs. w/no sound is now a perfect working Vs. Super...
hahaha this is hilarious because of how true those words are. I'm always amazed at how much their games are worth... but if you owned it and were selling it, it'd only be worth 10% as much.
