If you have a jukebox, check and see if it might have a stepper. It would have had one at one time it it had a wall box connected. If no wall box is connected the stepper isn't needed now.
There was no skirt around the bottom on mine. The bottom was so badly damaged, splintered, rotten, etc. I put that there to cover up all that. That is just 1x4 wood material.
