I sent them an email, but the guy I got the phones from told me he had no luck with the company and thats why he sold them to me. I thought someone here might have a scan of the service manual. Seems like Ernest is the least supported and the least desirable of the bunch.

It started out with the image folded over and convergence issues. I unplugged the yoke and powered it up for a sec, that messed up whatever makes the monitor sync. Now it will sync with my pc but not the game, but the game will sync with a pc monitor. Still may have a tube issue after the board...

Working or not? I know of one in Franklin, KY. Dunno if its working or not.

Looking for recommendations on where to send my 27" WG D9200 monitor chassis for diag/repair in the US. Prefer flate rate repairs.

The yoke is solid and the alignment marks are still intact. I checked the resistance of the horiz coil and it read .5 ohms and the vert coil read 5 ohms which I think is about normal.

Any ideas what would make the display shrink to the center and have a convergence problem (see pic)? I bought this machine with this problem so anything is possible. PIC REMOVED
