Thanks! I found out shortly after posting this thread that the first one is actually Galaxy Force 2. As for the second, after looking them both up (and since this was a Showbiz Pizza restaurant), I'm convinced it's Zeke's Peak instead of Ice Cold Beer... though they both seem to be the same...

Maybe somebody will recall these games. The first was a space game with a sit down cockpit design. I believe you had to actually climb into it. I believe it had a chrome rollcage around the player, and you controlled your fighter with a flight stick and what I believe was a throttle lever. I...
