Since my cabinet has no power, what can I hook up to the switcher to power it?

another noob question I bought the black switching power supply from kevinmullins post above. I've hooked everything up except the 2 ac screws. My question is, how do I power up the power supply.

My icade powers up and my jamma connector is wired proper (checked a hundred times) when I hit my player 1 button, the color changes on my screen as does the 2 player button when I push it. My joystick and jump button don't work at all. The pcb board has the led 2 light blinking. Please help...
