Looking to get a price check on a Radikal Bikers. It's only been in a house, completely works, and has some the typical "moving" damage you would expect from a game of this age.

BAD flyback. Unfortunately the malfunctioning flyback was new out of the box and I made the assumption that it couldn't be the problem,..lesson learned. Also, my normal flyback testing procedures (HV probe, HR Diemen flyback tester, and ring tester) did not catch this type of issue...

I did double check all the components around the power supply, including the filter cap and the Voltage regulator.
Checked all the components around the oscillating circuit.
