I have a digital multimeter, but I dont know how to read the schematics to see where to test.

hi. my ms pacman turns on, monitor powers up but its just a white screen. no sound. fan turns on. I replaced all the fuses, problem stays the same. from people ive talked to it seems like it might be a problem with the 5volt power supply...does anybody know how to check that? or other things...

well. I think I might have found the problem. the pin with the burnout has a bunch of solder lumped on it. maybe to try and make a better connection with the connector? also the solder connects the large part where the connector connects to the two small circles below. could this have...

also. the fuse holder seemed to be in pretty bad shape. the holders were still tight on the fuses but seemed pretty rusted/corroded out. would just replacing the entire fuse holder/fuses potentially fix the problem?
