I pulled the r310 and replaced it with a 1.2 ohm resistor. This has corrected my lack of color issue. Apparently the heat distorted the color code on the original resistor as to make it un-readable.

Ummm thanks Mecha..... Before I remove R310, does anyone know why there is a resistor that calculates possibly to 190k in a place that calls for a 1.2 ohm resistor. They seem dissimilar.
