Thanks all I finally got it. YAY! I couldn't find the dip switches because they were hidden by the circuit board for the monitor.

I have a Streeter Fighter II: Champion Edition game, currently it is in free play mode and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Anyone know how to switch it over to Coin Play??
