why give up so fast? someone tell you how difficult these are to fix? dont listen to them.some basic electronic skills and good old fashion common sense are all you need. pm me if you change your mind.

just a thought.sounds like a decent deal offering the 2 machines for the repair of the other 3.did you consider trucking all the machines to a tech who could then have you either take each game back after repair or all 3 once done.i think this gives the tech guy time to do a better job without...

i doubt the problem is with the motor or any diode.my guess is somewhere something just aint making contact.i know you cleaned the croc pc board.but it can also be adjusted.maybe its a bit off?does the croc go back and forth when you energize its coil by hand while the game is playing?lmk.good luck.

there are several different types but they all do the same thing.you just solder it in.the ones that i use aren't the exact replacement.mine are the flat type.originals are the stand up type.but either work fine and are simple to install.here's a picture of one that looks to me like a perfect...
