I'm visiting my brother in Seattle next week, and would love to check out a few arcades/barcades, since him and I both love going to them together. I googled it, but there seem a be a handful and no recent posts about them. I wasn't sure if some of them were even open since Covid and what not...
No. It's a standard Arcade Legends 1, but seems to have a different computer than most of them.
Oh ok. I just want to get the 263 hard drive back up and running, as it's WAY better than the one mine came with, as it only had like 35-40 games.
Ok, When I put it on either Parellel port disabled or enabled and then hit F10 to save, it will restart, and on the startup screen it has a bunch of text and on the last line it says :
A: Drive Error
Press <Del> to resume
When you hit delete it runs the 263 game harddrive on the VGA monitor...
Yeah I know. I really don't know what's going on with this fucking thing! lol
I'm about to just set it to factory and run the original harddrive at this point.
Ok, I fired it back up while being hooked up to my monitor and keyboard so I can access the bios, and it didn't have the "enter current password" at startup. So that seems like a good sign.
I was able to go into the bios and change everything to factory and then change the parellel port to...
My Arcade Legends quit working and now says "enter current password" when hooked up to an LCD monitor. Is it possible to reset the settings to factory? I have the original CD that came with it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
LOL! I hear ya man! I have family in the Boston area, and that's how I get the majority of my cabinets. I typically find something on the way to Boston and then visit my parents! lol
I hear ya on NY being a huge as state! lol
I'm over 6 hours from NYC and 5.5 hours from Buffalo!
